This visa allows you to travel or work for three, six, and twelve months. There are two subgroups:
- The eVisitor (subclass 651): This visa is not free and requires you to be a passport holder for certain countries according to the Department of Home Affairs.
- Electronic Passport Authorization (subclass 601): Issued by the Department of the Interior to specific state passport holders as listed.

Medical Treatment Visa (SUBCLASS 602)
This visa is for individuals travelling to Australia:
- For treatment or counselling.
- To assist anyone with a medical need who holds or has applied for this visa.
- In the case of organ donation.
Investor Retirement Visa (SUBCLASS 405)
This visa is for self-funded retirees without dependents who wish to spend their retirement plans in Australia.
Special Program Visa (SUBCLASS 416)
This visa is usually for special events where the approved sponsor invites you to participate in a program aimed at enhancing international relations and cultural exchange between Australia and the world
In addition, the Special Programs Visa (subclass 416) is included in the Seasonal Worker Program stream.
Transit Visa (SUBCLASS 771)
This visa allows you and your dependent children to transit through Australia for no longer than 72 hours.
