Subclass 114 and subclass 838 aged relative care visas allow an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or eligible relative of an elderly New Zealand citizen to remain in Australia permanently This visa is granted based on financial stability and specific age.

Dependency Criteria

To qualify as a carer, you must show proof that you are dependent on your relative in Australia for basic needs such as food, shelter and clothing, or that you will receive this support at least three years before submitting your application for disability.
